You've found ai zai ren jian, a shrine devoted to Digimon Tamer Li Jianliang / Lee Jenrya // Henry Wong. "ai zai" is a Red for Pleasure non-hentai subsite; however it does include some suggestive content. As with all RfP Network sites, "ai zai" is shonen- and shojo-ai friendly.
